It is with great pleasure that I write to you. Yesterday, I came into your Acura store to accomplish two things. The first was just to introduce myself as The Aspen Group's Manager Trainer for this region. The second was to help my sister purchased a new vehicle. It is because of the second reason that I write to you. As soon as I came into your store, your "Director of First Impressions" greeted us warmly.
I asked for the General Manager, and she informed me he was not in but suggested that maybe the Sales Manager could help. She asked us to have a seat and offered us something to drink. Soon thereafter, Mike Marino came to speak to us. After I introduced myself, I asked Mike to have a quality sales person help my sister, and he introduced us to Mike Schantz. We explained to Mike Schantz that Ofelia, my sister, was looking for an SUV, and he proceeded to ask pertinent questions in order to determine what her best solution would be.
He was professional, courteous, informative and gave the impression that he was concerned about her best outcome not his own. After the test drive we left your establishment, and we visited three other dealership- different brands. In each one we followed the same procedure, and each in turn truly disappointed us.
Ofelia purchased a 2006 MDX from your store that evening, and everyone involved, from the receptionist to Paul, you exemplary finance and insurance man, treated her in a professional and caring manner. As a professional sales trainer in the automotive industry I was impressed and wanted to offer compliments to you and your team."
